For clients I've already worked with

Know someone who needs this built?

Introduce us. If it turns into a project, you earn 10 to 20% of it. No forms to chase, no fine print.

CRM, automation & web development

Almost every project I take on comes from someone I've already built something for. That's not an accident. It's the part of this business I like most, and it's why I'd rather grow through the people I've worked with than through ads.

So here's the ask. If someone in your network is losing leads between the form and the phone call, following up by hand, or sitting on a site that doesn't book anything, send them my way. If it turns into work, I'll pay you a share of it.

And if nobody comes to mind, that's completely fine. This changes nothing about how we work together.

Thanks,
Koya

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

  • You make the introduction

Forward the note below, send them my link, or just cc us both on an email. That's the whole job.

  • I take it from there

I talk to them, scope the work, and quote it. You're not selling anything and you're not in the middle of it.

  • You get paid

Within 7 days of the project being paid and delivered. Wise, PayPal, or credit toward your own next project. Your call.

What you earn

The smaller the project, the bigger your share.

Projects under $50020%
$500 to $2,00015%
Over $2,00010%

Paid on the first project only, not on everything they ever spend. Your introduction stays credited to you for 12 months, so if they come back around in month nine, it's still yours.

Who to think of

The people I can actually help.

  • Service businesses drowning in manual follow-up: contractors, cleaners, auto, clinics, gyms.
  • Anyone paying for leads and losing them somewhere between the form and the phone call.
  • Coaches, bookkeepers and agencies who need a funnel that books calls instead of collecting emails.
  • Someone who's been quoted $8,000 for a website and quietly wants to know if that's normal.
  • Anyone who keeps saying "we really need to automate this" and hasn't.

Make it easy on yourself

Here are the words. Copy them.

Most introductions never happen because writing them is a chore. Take this one, change the bracketed bits, send it.

Forwardable intro
Subject: Someone you should talk toHey [Name], You mentioned [the follow-up problem, your website, booking headaches] a while back. I work with a developer named Koya who built ours. CRM, the automations behind it, and the site itself. He handled the whole thing and it's been running since without me touching it. Worth a conversation: https://fiverr.com/bimples_cre8 I'll leave you two to it.

Questions

What if they only want something small?

Still counts, and you'll earn the highest rate on it. Most first projects start small. That's usually how the good ones begin.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. An introduction is the entire job. I handle the call, the scope, the quote and the work.

What if I send someone and they don't hire you?

Nothing happens, and nothing is owed either way. No hard feelings and no follow-up from me chasing them.

How and when do I get paid?

Within 7 days of the client paying and the work being delivered. Wise, PayPal, or as credit against your own next project, whichever you prefer.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, and there's no cap on how many introductions you can make or how much you can earn.

Ready

Tell me who to talk to.

I'll reach out within one business day.
