Questions we get asked
How long does a GoHighLevel build take?
Ten working days for a standard build, measured from the day we have account access and an approved scope. Larger multi-sub-account rollouts run three to six weeks. We give you a date before you pay, and if something is going to slip you hear it from us first.
Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?
Yes, and we recommend it. You own the account and the data, we build inside it. If you do not have one yet we will tell you which plan fits before you subscribe, so you are not paying for the agency tier when the starter tier covers you.
Do not have GoHighLevel yet?
You can open your own account and we will build inside it. Talk to us first if you are unsure which plan you need, because most people start on a tier larger than their business actually uses.

What if my account is already half built by someone else?
That is most of our work. We audit what exists first, keep what is worth keeping, and rebuild the rest with a consistent naming convention. You get a written list of what we changed and why.
Where is your team based and what hours do you work?
Koya Marketing is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and works EST and GMT hours. Our average response time on Fiverr is one hour. Most of our clients are in the United States, with regular work in the UK and Australia.
How do payments work?
Through Fiverr, where your payment is held in escrow and only released when you approve the delivery. You are not sending money to a stranger overseas and hoping. Retainer clients can be invoiced directly once we have worked together.
What happens after handover?
You get a recorded walkthrough of the whole build that your team keeps, plus a 14 day window where we fix anything that is not working as specified at no cost. After that you can move to a retainer or handle it in house.
Will I be able to maintain this myself?
That is the point of the naming convention. Workflows, tags, pipelines and templates are named so that someone who did not build them can still read them. We would rather you did not need us for small changes.
Do you work with agencies as a white label partner?
Yes. A portion of our work is delivered under other agencies' brands. You stay in front of your client, we stay in the background, and we will sign an NDA before scoping.
